Cam Neely, Mayor Thomas Menino To Host Stanley Cup Final ‘Pep Conference’ on Monday

After dropping the first two games of the Stanley Cup Final to the Vancouver Canucks, Monday night’s faceoff apprehension grows by the minute.

A win in Game 3 puts the B’s right back in the series. Bruins president Cam Neely and mayor Tom Menino want to make sure fans handle themselves safely, regardless of the outcome.

Neely and Menino will host a “Pep Conference” at 2 p.m. Monday afternoon in City Hall’s Eagle Room to discuss extended public transportation hours and safety. Boston Police Department commissioner Ed Davis and MBTA general manager Richard Davey will be in attendance as well.
