Stanley Cup Gets Mila Kunis Treatment As Bruins Fan, Brain Cancer Survivor Dave McGrath Asks Trophy ‘On a Date’ for Fundraiser (Video)

Step aside Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake.

The two celebrities, who were asked out by Marines via YouTube recently, are no match for the Stanley Cup — (almost) any Bruins fan will tell you that.

B’s fan Dave McGrath, a brain cancer survivor and manager at the Hope Lodge in Worcester, Mass., has asked the Cup out “on a date” to his fundraiser July 30.

The Hope Lodge is “a house run by the American Cancers Society that provides free rooms to cancer patients from all over the world who are getting treated at local hospitals,” according to McGrath.

On July 30, McGrath will skate for 24 hours as part of the Skate for Hope skate-a-thon event, and he wants the world’s most famous trophy to be there as his date, as seen in the video below.
