Will Tyler Seguin Lead the Bruins in Points This Season?

Tyler Seguin is off an running.

The second-year forward came away with a three-point night in the Bruins’ 6-2 win over the Maple Leafs on Thursday night, giving him a team-most eight points on the year.

Is this an early indication that the young gun is going to have a breakout year?

In 74 regular-season games last season, Seguin notched 11 goals and 11 assists. In 13 playoff contests he bagged three goals and four assists for seven points. Because Black and Gold fans will likely see a few more forward line mix-ups along the way this year, it’s tough to tell which skaters No. 19 will be strung up with but he looked great alongside Chris Kelly and Milan Lucic on Thursday.
