Charlie Adam was the most active of Liverpool's midfield quartet. He created a number of chances with his passing and did a great deal of running throughout.
The ever-dangerous Luis Suarez did what he does best. The Uruguayan tormented defenders and created a few good scoring opportunities for himself, only to be foiled by Michel Vorm.
Vorm was impressive throughout, making key saves and controlling everything that came into his area.
Pepe Reina was Vorm's equal, making a number of game-saving stops.
Nathan Dyer put in a solid performance on both flanks for the Swans. His pace caused both Liverpool fullbacks problems. His passes in the final third led to scoring chances. His shots on goal were dangerous as well.
Joe Allen did a fine job as well.
