Thanks to recent changes in scheduling, changes that feature divisional matchups in the final two weeks of the season, the NFL has made its final two weeks of the season very relevant. That will be on full display this Sunday when playoff fates and seedings will be determined across the league.

There are teams that can get in with just a win. There are others who can get in with a win and some help. Others, like the Patriots or Saints, can better themselves in terms of seedings as well.
