In a rite of passage for any instant celebrity, Knicks guard Jeremy Lin denied rumors that he is dating Kim Kardashian.

Glad we cleared that up.

“Stuff about me dating Kim Kardashian, I mean, I have no idea where that came from and all these other rumors,” Lin told ESPN’s Rachel Nichols. “I’m not sure I’m her type.”

He’s famous. He’s 23 years old. He lives in New York. He’s a professional athlete. He’s male.

Honestly, Jeremy, it looks like you’re exactly Kim’s type.
