Leave it to the gutsy Boston media to ask one of the world’s most famous women the question on just about everyone’s mind.
Madonna, who had a fling with Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez, is set to perform at halftime during Super Bowl XLVI. She was available to the media on Thursday morning, and Rich Shirtenlieb from 98.5 The Sports Hub’s Toucher and Rich Show couldn’t help but ask: “Is it true that he has an oil painting of himself depicting himself as a centaur — half-man, half-horse — in his home?”
“Wow,” she responded. “If he does, I haven’t seen it. But I’m pretty sure he has a very large photograph of me lying on a horse. I hope that answers your question.”
It doesn’t. It just makes us all a little disappointed and queasy.
They made such a cute couple. A couple of ____ ?
“As far as the city [of Boston is] concerned, I’ve been able to free up enough time where I feel comfortable even driving and I know where I’m going to live. And I’m not going to be a stranger when I walk into Fenway for the first time on the 13th of April, and I think that’s good for me.”

Well said, Whaler fan.
Why doesn’t this ever happen on Sunday nights in Cleveland Circle? I’m looking at you, Narragansett.
