Tom Brady Breaks Super Bowl Records for Consecutive Completions, Career Passing Yards

Tom Brady is having a Super Bowl for the record books.

With a third-quarter completion to Wes Welker, Brady set a new Super Bowl record for consecutive completions with 14. Most of them came on a clutch 96-yard drive to put the Pats in the lead heading into halftime, when he went a perfect 10-for-10.

He also broke Kurt Warner's record for career passing yards in the Super Bowl on the same third-quarter drive that ended in a touchdown to give the Patriots a 17-9 lead.
