Claude Julien, Bruins Must Decide How to Use Tim Thomas Down Stretch With Marty Turco in Fold

Tim Thomas has played a lot of hockey as of late, and that may not be the best news for the Bruins and their fans hoping the B's can lean on the veteran goaltender once again this spring.

Thomas' miraculous play was the backbone of the Bruins' Stanley Cup run last spring, and if they are to repeat as Cup champs, they're going to need that same Thomas between the pipes. The 37-year-old hasn't shown that form as of late, a stretch that just happens to coincide with Thomas making nine consecutive appearances.

The Bruins did add veteran Marty Turco to help soften the blow of Tuukka Rask's injury, and B's coach Claude Julien now has to decide how he can best use the Thomas/Turco combination down the stretch.
