Dustin Brown Drops F-Bomb on Live Television After Winning Stanley Cup (Video)

It's great to win. It's better to win in the playoffs. And winning the Stanley Cup? Well, that's [expletive] awesome.

Dustin Brown couldn't hold back his excitement after winning Game 6 and clinching the Los Angeles Kings their first championship in franchise history. And who can blame him?

When NBC's Pierre McGuire asked him if he ever thought he might be lifting the Stanley Cup, he was honest. And Pierre's microphone was ready for him.

"It's why we f****** play," the Kings captain shouted for the world to hear.

He's right.

Brown's war cry may be getting the Peacock network in trouble for airing profanity, but you can't blame him for his enthusiasm. With five words, Brown summed up everything great about the NHL — the emotions, the prestige of Lord Stanley's Cup and everything that goes along with it — censors be damned.

See the video below, but obviously, be forewarned it contains profanity.
