Dustin Pedroia Looks to ‘Blow Up’ Reporter Who Led Bryce Harper to Respond ‘That’s a Clown Question, Bro’

Dustin Pedroia has never been afraid to say what’s on his mind, and if he gets a chance to talk to a certain reporter in the future, that’s exactly what he’s going to do.

According to ESPN.com, the Red Sox second baseman knows which reporter asked Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper about whether or not the 19-year-old was going to have a celebratory beer following a game earlier this week.

That question led Harper to respond with the now famous words, “That’s a clown question, bro.”

The question apparently also got under Pedroia’s skin, and he’s looking forward to the next time he sees the reporter, where he sounds like he’s going to give him a piece of his mind.

Pedroia said he’s going to “blow him up” the next time he sees the reporter, according to ESPN.com.

“Poor kid,” Pedroia said of Harper. “I would have said, [Expletive] you, I’m 19.”

The Red Sox and Nationals just wrapped up a three-game series last week.
