Report: Zack Grienke Drawing Interest From At Least Four Teams Including Angels, Rangers

Zack Grienke is a man in demand this summer and, if the Brewers decide to ship him out before the trade deadline, could be commanding a handsome return.

The Angels and Rangers have jumped into the fray, according to CBS Sports’ Jon Heyman, joining the Orioles and the Braves in their interest in the right-hander.

Greinke, 28, is set to become a free agent after the season ends, making him a prime trade target if the Brewers decide they are sellers. However, the pitcher’s well-documented anxiety problems could be a factor in finding a market, which leads some to believe Atlanta is his best fit.

The 2009 Cy Young winner is 9-3 with a 3.32 ERA in Milwaukee, where the Brew Crew currently sit in fourth place of the NL Central.
