Aaron Rodgers Supposedly Loses Bet With Boyz II Men, Will Have to Wear 49ers Jersey

Aaron Rodgers
must have really liked the Packers' chances on Sunday.

The Green Bay Packers quarterback liked his team's chances so much, in fact, that he was willing to lay his dignity — and not to mention his team pride — on the line for a bet with one very popular musical group from the '90s.

NFL.com points out that the quarterback supposedly had a bet with everyone's favorite R & B group, Boyz II Men, over Sunday's Packers-49ers game. The Niners came into Lambeau Field and beat the Pack 30-22, and according to TMZ.com, Rodgers will now have to wear a 49ers jersey.

Rodgers is reportedly friends with the group, and he requested that they come sing the national anthem before the season opener on Sunday. According to TMZ, one of the group's members — Nathan Morrisinsisted there be one stipulation. He said that they would come do the gig, but there would have to be a bet in place.

If the Packers won, Morris (who is a 49ers fan) would wear a Rodgers jersey. If the 49ers won, though, Rodgers would have to wear an Alex Smith 49ers jersey for the rest of the week.

If Rodgers wants to look on the bright side of things, at least he can take solace that he got to enjoy a pretty good rendition of the anthem on Sunday. That, and he's friends with Boyz II Men, which is awesome.
