Joba Chamberlain’s New Mustache Makes Him Look Like Rod Farva From ‘Super Troopers’

Who’s a fan of the film Super Troopers?

If you’re the kind of person who dismisses the Broken Lizard film as a “stoner comedy,” you’re missing out. The humor’s more than a cut above your typical Vince Vaughn fare, featuring some of the funniest cinematic moments in the history of the moving picture.

Or at least that’s just one writer’s (oh so humble) opinion.

In any case, one character takes much of the cake for the movie’s comedic moments: the hapless Rod Farva. On Tuesday, Major League Baseball’s Twitter account noticed that, sporting his new mustache, Yankees reliever Joba Chamberlain bears a striking resemblance to one Officer Farva (“No, I would not like a large Farva.”)

Check out Chamberlain’s uncanny resemblance to the world’s most fictitious Charlie Rich fan (and John Denver hater) in the image below. Go Car Ramrod!
