Although his Tampa pad is nowhere near as extravagant as Tom Brady’s $20 million California mansion (which may or may not have a “crazy” toilet) , the tight end’s place is pretty awesome. Nevertheless, Gronkowski now plans to part ways with what has been called his “party house.”
The mansion is in an exclusive gated community where most of the population was probably partying before Gronk was born. The home’s arches, high ceilings, stucco exterior and clay roof pay homage to classic Spanish Mediterranean-style architecture. Besides the breathtaking view of Tampa Bay, the mansion includes an infinity pool, spa, full outdoor kitchen and three-car garage.
Originally sold for $1.6 million, the house is now listed for $2.4 million. On top of that price tag, owners will have to pay for a membership to a fancy yacht club. Don’t worry, though, because the mansion comes fully furnished along with two jet skis — so it’s actually a bargain price.
