Report: Adam ‘Pacman’ Jones Arrested Again, Cited for Disorderly Conduct Early Monday Morning

Roger Goodell probably has Adam Jones on speed dial at this point.

The Cincinnati cornerback was cited for disorderly conduct early Monday morning, according to USA Today. Pacman was the passenger in a car originally pulled over for speeding, and the driver was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence. During the arrest, Jones was reportedly “making offensive comments while drunk” and then arrested himself. Court hearings for both men are scheduled for Friday.

This is the eighth time Jones has been arrested since he was drafted in 2005, and the fourth time since 2010. Goodell has promised to crack down on players who consistently find themselves in trouble with the law off the field. If Jones is convicted, the Bengals could lose one of their veterans on defense — Jones has 12 tackles and a forced fumble through the Bengals’ three games this season.

After missing the entire 2007 season, part of the 2008 and all of the 2009 season, it’s hard to imagine Pacman escaping extra discipline from the league if he’s found guilty.
