The Chargers upset Andrew Luck and the Colts on Monday night, and nobody was more jacked up about it than Philip Rivers.
Rivers was highly efficient in the contest, completing 22 of 33 passes for 237 yards and a score, and Nick Novak booted five field goals to give San Diego a 19-9 win. Novak’s final kick came from a season-high 50 yards out, putting the home team ahead by 10 and causing Rivers to celebrate with … himself.
