Berkshire Bank Faceoff: Patrice Bergeron’s Line Looks To Stay Hot For Bruins

BOSTON — The Bruins’ second line is feeling it right now, and they’ll have a chance to keep their hot streak going Thursday night against one of the team’s most bitter rivals, the Montreal Canadiens.

The trio of Patrice Bergeron, Brad Marchand and Reilly Smith has been arguably the best line in hockey over the last two weeks, combining for 30 points in the Bruins’ last seven games. They have taken it to another level during the team’s four-game winning streak, with eight goals and eight assists during a stretch in which the Bruins have scored 21 goals as a team.
