Colin Kaepernick isn’t happy with TMZ.

The gossip website didn’t have all of the facts about the police investigation surrounding Kaepernick before they reported the story, according to the San Francisco 49ers quarterback.

Kaepernick took to Twitter to defend himself against the charges TMZ reported.

TMZ originally reported that Kaepernick was being investigated for a sexual assault. The incident report released did not mention a sexual assault, however, and Miami police are adamant that the investigation is for a “suspicious incident.”

UPDATE 12:18 p.m.: Kaepernick’s agency, XAM Sports, released a statement on the police investigation.
