Hockey legend Wayne Gretzky has put his 8,711-square-foot mansion in Thousand Oaks, Calif., on the market, according to The Real Estalker.
The sprawling compound, which features five bedrooms and six bathrooms, is on sale for $10.5 million and features a stunning courtyard entrance as well as a picture-perfect pool area.
While his accomplishments in the NHL speak for themselves, The Great One also is becoming quite well-known in the world of real estate.
Gretzky sold his lavish Scottsdale, Ariz., mansion for $3.4 million. That was shortly after he listed a massive 13,000-square-foot home in Thousand Oaks for a whopping $15 million.
