Richard Sherman Buys Jamal Crawford’s Former House For $2.3M (Photos)

Richard Sherman became a very rich man when he signed a four-year, $57.4 million contract extension with the Seattle Seahawks in early May.

Sherman didn’t wait long to put his new money to use.

The Seahawks cornerback will now live like a rich man after buying the former house of Los Angeles Clippers guard and Seattle native Jamal Crawford on Friday. The 26-year-old purchased the 9,475-square-foot home, located in the Seattle suburb of Maple Valley, for $2.31 million.

Sherman’s new pad, which Crawford initially purchased in 2006 for $3.23 million, features an indoor swimming pool, six covered parking spaces and a game room for the Seahawks star to hone his Madden skills.
