Bruins’ Kevan Miller Working Hard In California This Offseason (Video)

Kevan Miller works harder than most NHL players to stay in shape and improve his game during the summer months.

As a native of Southern California, the 26-year-old defenseman returned to the Los Angeles area following the Bruins’ exit from the 2014 Stanley Cup playoffs.

Miller made his NHL debut last season and became a regular on the B’s blue line, tallying six points (one goal, five assists) in 47 games. His impressive strength and willingness to drop the gloves helped head coach Claude Julien replace some of the toughness that Boston lost when veteran D-men Adam McQuaid and Dennis Seidenberg suffered injuries.
