Dez Bryant is one of the best wide receivers in the NFL, but he’s also known for being a bit too “emotional” at times.
Combine that with the frequency of fights during NFL training camp, and Sunday’s incident should be of little surprise.
During the Dallas Cowboys’ Blue-White team scrimmage, defensive back J.J. Wilcox finished a hit on Bryant with a little extra authority. Bryant didn’t appreciate the play, and Dallas/Fort Worth news channel TXA 21 captured Bryant’s reaction on film.

That’s a pretty heated response from Bryant, even by training camp standards. As is usually the case, however, the issue seemed to resolve itself rather quickly.

Bryant appeared to confirm that things were fine after practice, even mentioning that he told Wilcox to continue his physical play.
“I wanted him,” Bryant said, via ESPN. “He pissed me off. But you know, man, it was in the heat of the moment. When things got calmed down, I told him I loved it. Keep it coming.”
