Chicago Blackhawks center Jonathan Toews put his Lakeshore East condo on the market for $2.25 million. The 26-year-old purchased the space for $2.05 million in 2012.
The captain signed an enormous eight-year, $84 million contract extension this past summer. So yes, he can afford to upgrade.
The 39th-floor unit features 2 1/2 baths, high ceilings, two balconies, a master suite with a walk-in closet and a large outdoor deck space with a hot tub, according to the Chicago Tribune. While Toews’ next home is sure to be extravagant, the one for sale isn’t too shabby either.
