Bucs QB Josh McCown Cries During Postgame News Conference After Loss (Video)

It’s not easy to be a Tampa Bay Buccaneer.

The Bucs fell to the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday afternoon and in the process, fell to 1-8 on the season. Only the winless Oakland Raiders and the 1-9 Jacksonville Jaguars have worse records than the hapless Buccaneers.

That apparently is enough to move Tampa Bay quarterback Josh McCown to tears. McCown took the podium Sunday afternoon shortly after the loss and things got a little emotional as McCown cried while talking about the team’s 1-8 record.

First of all, cheer up, dude. You’ve still got one of the best heads of hair in football.

That being said, you kind of have to feel for McCown. The 35-year-old journeyman QB is now just 16-26 for his career. McCown played pretty well against the Falcons, as he completed 27 of 43 passes for 301 yards and two touchdowns. Both of those interceptions came in the fourth quarter, though.

H/t to For The Win
