The old adage “Time flies when you’re having fun” has been especially true of Bill Belichick’s tenure with the New England Patriots.
The Patriots head coach was hired by the club 15 years ago Tuesday. Fittingly, Belichcick and the Patriots are celebrating by preparing for their sixth Super Bowl appearance over that time as they look for their fourth Super Bowl win.
It should go without saying there has been plenty of turnover across the league since Belichick became HC of the NEP. ESPN’s Field Yates shared this insane bit of information Tuesday morning.

(And probably 75 percent of those came in the AFC East. Kidding — kind of.)
The Belichick era in New England has been one of the most successful runs of any head coach in all of sports history. In addition to the postseason success, Belichick has won 175 of 240 regular-season game, which is good for a .729 winning percentage.
