Brandon Browner Offers His Take On DeflateGate: ‘#InflateThis’

It’s Brandon Browner’s turn to chime in on DeflateGate.

The main story — OK, the only story — leading up to Super Bowl XLIX has centered on the New England Patriots allegedly using deflated footballs in Sunday’s AFC Championship Game rout of the Indianapolis Colts. ESPN reported late Tuesday that 11 of the Patriots’ 12 game balls were under-inflated, but Browner has something to say on the matter.

The Patriots cornerback took to Twitter on Wednesday, echoing Colts tight end Dwayne Allen’s thoughts on game’s outcome and also praising LeGarrette Blount. The Patriots running back racked up 148 yards and three touchdowns on 30 carries in the win — a feat Browner believes his teammate could have accomplished with any kind of ball, regardless of inflation level.
