The Los Angeles Times points out that Damon’s home in central Florida is on the market, and it comes with an asking price of $2.35 million. According to the Times, the former Major League Baseball player bought the house for $1.15 million in 2003.
There’s no reason to believe Damon won’t get a pretty good return on investment, as the home is fantastic. It comes with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, and that’s just scratching the surface. Also included are a dock, a boathouse, a luxurious patio with a pool and spa and a home theater.
Oh, and there’s also no shortage of breathtaking views.
