Johnny Damon’s Breathtaking Waterfront Home Hits Market For $2.35M (Photos)

Johnny Damon might be an “idiot” in baseball circles, but he sure knew what he was doing when he bought his Windermere, Fla., home.

The Los Angeles Times points out that Damon’s home in central Florida is on the market, and it comes with an asking price of $2.35 million. According to the Times, the former Major League Baseball player bought the house for $1.15 million in 2003.

There’s no reason to believe Damon won’t get a pretty good return on investment, as the home is fantastic. It comes with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, and that’s just scratching the surface. Also included are a dock, a boathouse, a luxurious patio with a pool and spa and a home theater.

Oh, and there’s also no shortage of breathtaking views.
