BOSTON — Hanley Ramirez knows how to channel his inner Lou Ferrigno.
Ramirez turned into The Incredible Hulk on Sunday after New York Yankees starter Adam Warren drilled the Red Sox slugger with a pitch in the sixth inning of the teams’ game at Fenway Park.
Ramirez stared back at Warren, ripped his hand away from Yankees catcher Brian McCann and flung his bat toward the side wall next to the Red Sox’s on-deck circle. In other words, Ramirez wasn’t happy.

Ramirez is listed at 6-foot-2 and 225 pounds, while Warren is listed at 6-foot-1 and 225 pounds. Things didn’t escalate to the point of blows, but it perhaps could have been more entertaining than Saturday night’s Floyd Mayweather-Manny Pacquiao superfight in Las Vegas.
