Ben Revere’s intentions were good. His execution was a little more suspect.
The Toronto Blue Jays outfielder was in the mood to celebrate Sunday afternoon, and for good reason. The Blue Jays walked off with yet another win against the Tampa Bay Rays, setting off a wild celebration inside Rogers Centre.
Revere figured he’d do his part by bringing the water cooler to the party. Third baseman Josh Donaldson, who hit the game-winning, walk-off home run, rounded third on his victorious home trot. Only one problem, though. Revere totally missed Donaldson and basically dumped the water on himself.
