Jordan Spieth is back.
The two-time major champion’s FedEx Cup playoffs didn’t start well thanks to missed cuts at the Deutsche Bank Championship and The Barclays. But that’s in the past thanks to his great start Thursday at the BMW Championship.
Spieth ended the day tied for third place at minus-5 thanks in part to an impressive hole-in-one on the par-3 second hole at Conway Farms Golf Course in Lake Forest, Ill.
"Be enough."
Exactly enough. A hole-in-one for Jordan Spieth. http://t.co/8u47r7Gd2k

That’s more like it, Jordan. The shot came up a bit short, but it followed Spieth’s instructions and propelled forward and into the cup.
Despite his recent skid, Spieth still is in second place in the projected FedEx Cup standings. And in case you were starting to forget why that was the case, the reigning Masters and U.S. Open champion reminded you Thursday.
