Charlie Villanueva Ejected After Grabbing Russell Westbrook’s Throat (Video)
There’s just certain lines you don’t cross. Charlie Villanueva blew past all of them Wednesday night.
The Dallas Mavericks forward grabbed Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook’s throat following a brief altercation between Westbrook and Mavs guard J.J. Barea.

Villanueva was immediately ejected, and Westbrook and Barea were issued double technical fouls. Westbrook also was ejected just before halftime after receiving his second tech.

Westbrook finished with eight assists and seven rebounds but zero points for just the second time in his career.
The Thunder won the game 108-89.
