Peyton Manning Faces HGH, Retirement Questions At Super Bowl 50 Opening Night (Video)

If Peyton Manning has an answer to the retirement question, he’s not sharing it publicly just yet.

The Denver Broncos quarterback, who’s rumored to be hanging up the cleats following Super Bowl 50, was asked a few times about his impending departure from football after 18 seasons.

He was also asked about the situation by Austin Denton, a young cancer survivor, whose dream is to become a broadcaster. The youngster wasn’t afraid to ask Manning the hard-hitting questions.

Manning handled the questions with class and and a bit of humor, as usual.

But what does Broncos general manager and executive vice president of football operations John Elway think about it all?

Elway has some experience in this department. He retired after back-to-back Super Bowl victories with the Broncos in the late ’90s himself.

Manning also addressed questions over his alleged HGH connections.

It’s a bold statement, but nothing different than Manning has said from Day 1.

All in all, though, Manning escaped Media Day unscathed. No surprises there.
