Lionel Messi might have denied Cristiano Ronaldo a prize for the second time in early 2016.
Spanish newspaper Sport reported Monday that Messi might have outbid Ronaldo at a recent auction for the world’s most expensive car.
The Proto Organization auctioned off the 1957 Ferrari 335 S Spider Scaglietti in Paris for around €32 million ($36 million). Proto declined to identify the winning bidder but hints the car is the latest object in the soccer superstars’ eternal duel.
