Tuesday will be a big night at TD Garden.
The Boston Bruins will host the Los Angeles Kings, and while that matchup usually isn’t circled on the calendar, things are a little different this season. That’s because former Bruins fan favorite Milan Lucic is making his return to Boston for the first time since being traded to the Kings over the summer.
It’s a good time to look back on Lucic’s Bruins tenure, which was highlighted by a Stanley Cup championship. In looking back on Lucic’s career, his rookie season also stands out, as his mix of toughness and skill instantly gained him fans. That was no more evident than on the night he scored his first career goal — against the Kings, no less — while adding an assist and a fight for the first of many Gordie Howe hat tricks.
Can you name the two players who assisted on Lucic’s first career goal?
