The No. 1 seed Quinnipiac Bobcats punched their tickets to the 2016 NCAA Tournament’s Frozen Four after dominating UMass Lowell in the East Regional final.
The Bobcats faced some early adversity against the River Hawks, who has a 1-0 lead after the first period, but Quinnipiac responded with three goals in the second frame on its way to a 4-1 win.
The best goal of the night also was the eventual game-winner, as Sam Anas dangled the Bobcats into the lead for good.
