Peyton Manning is riding off into the sunset, and he’ll make that news official Monday.
The Denver Broncos quarterback will formally announce his retirement at the team’s facility at 1 p.m. ET. The expectation was that Manning would retire after going out on top with a Super Bowl 50 victory over the Carolina Panthers, but the 39-year-old reportedly toyed with the idea of continuing his career for one more season with another team.
Yet it appears Manning has decided to hang them up for good, and there’s a strong chance things will get emotional when the 18-year veteran announces the news. Check out Manning’s retirement press conference in the live stream below, courtesy of Denver’s 9News.com.
