So far, 2016 has been good to Ricky Stenhouse Jr.
When he’s not hitting the golf course in his time off, the driver of the No. 17 Ford for Roush Fenway Racing is on the track, making his way up the NASCAR standings. Sitting 14th in the Chase for the Sprint Cup playoff race, Stenhouse leads a resurgent RFR stable five races into the season.
The 28-year-old Olive Branch, Miss., native joined NESN Fuel’s Ryan DeCosta earlier this week to talk about NASCAR’s new low-downforce package, his dirt-track roots and why he has a hard time predicting a Masters Tournament winner.
