Young A’s Fan Makes Great Catch, Smoothly Gifts Foul Ball To Nearby Girl

The Oakland Athletics might want to talk to one of their fans about joining the team.

During Monday night’s game against the Texas Rangers in Oakland, a young A’s fan reached back to make a great grab on a foul ball off the bat of Texas second baseman Rougned Odor. The boy’s dad and the surrounding crowd loved it, but what he did next might have been even smoother.

The Rangers TV crew said the girl actually gave an earlier foul ball to the boy, as she caught it after it bounced off his glove. Either way, it made for a nice gesture by the young man.
