Aaron Hernandez Met With Lawyer Who Got Casey Anthony Murder Charge Acquitted

When you’re serving a life sentence for murder, you seemingly have a lot of time to think and plan. Apparently Aaron Hernandez has been doing just that.

The former New England Patriots tight end, currently serving a life sentence for the murder of Odin Lloyd in a maximum security prison and awaiting trial on a double murder case, met with lawyer Jose Baez on Monday, according to TMZ.

While the name might not necessarily ring any bells, the famous case he tried will: Baez was the attorney for Casey Anthony, who was acquitted from charges of murdering her 2-year-old daughter.

Baez admitted that he met with Hernandez when confronted by a TMZ reporter outside Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center, where Hernandez is being held. Beyond that, the attorney wouldn’t give any other information.

Just last month, FOX News reported that Baez admitted to a private investigator that Anthony did, in fact, murder her daughter, and that Anthony was sleeping with Baez during the trial as a form of payment because she had no money.
