The “No Fun League” might have a good point on this one.
Redskins cornerback Josh Norman — remember him, Carolina Panthers? — came up with a big interception at the 6:28 mark of the fourth quarter, which helped Washington beat the Cleveland Browns 31-20 on Sunday afternoon at FedExField.
But it wasn’t all good news for Norman, as he was penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct after he mimicked shooting a bow and arrow following the pick.

As FOX Sports analyst Mike Pereira, former NFL vice president of officiating, pointed out, there’s a pretty good reason for why that was a penalty.
You cannot simulate shooting a bow & arrow just like you can't simulate shooting guns. This is the 3rd time I've seen Norman do it this year
