College Football Playoff 2016: Committee Rankings For Week 14 Revealed

Alabama still sits atop the College Football Playoff rankings.

The Crimson Tide are No. 1 in the new standings released Tuesday ahead of this weekend’s conference championship games. Ohio State remains at No. 2 after beating Michigan on Saturday, Clemson is No. 3 following a victory over rival South Carolina and Washington is No. 4 after an Apple Cup win.

Michigan’s loss to the Buckeyes dropped it from No. 3 to No. 5. The Wolverines probably need help to get back into the playoff.

Here are the CFP rankings entering conference championship week. The final rankings, which will determine the playoff, are scheduled to be released Sunday, Dec. 4. For our final playoff ranking projections, click here.
