Denny Hamlin Boots Bubba Wallace From NASCAR Golf Group After Daytona Feud

The feud between Denny Hamlin and Darrell Wallace Jr. has reached a new level of pettiness.

It all started a few days before the Daytona 500, when Hamlin controversially estimated that 70 percent of NASCAR drivers use Adderall to help them “focus.” Then, after edging out Hamlin to finish runner-up in “The Great American Race,” Wallace referenced the Adderall comments while ripping Joe Gibbs Racing driver’s aggressive driving on the race’s last lap. The two drivers even had a brief dust-up after the race.

That brings us to Friday at Atlanta Motor Speedway, where Wallace gave an update on the feud ahead of Sunday’s Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500.

Wow.

So, to recap: Hamlin said something stupid, Wallace called him out for saying something stupid, then Hamlin kicked Wallace out of his golf league, which Wallace was informed of via word of text.

Perhaps Hamlin is the one who should be driving for Richard Petty Motorsports — Ah-thank you.
