Red Sox’s Early Struggles Away From Fenway Park Are Pretty Stunning

It’s starting to sound a bit like a broken record at this point, but the Boston Red Sox have not gotten off to the greatest of starts in 2019.

The defending World Series champs still are below .500 as the season has turned to May, and a big reason for that is the team’s performance on the road. The Sox started the season with a dreadful West Coast road trip, and outside of a sweep in Tampa against the Rays, things have been ugly away from Fenway.
