Perhaps facing an unfamiliar foe will help Chelsea right its ship.
Chelsea will host Sevilla on Tuesday in their 2020-21 UEFA Champions League Group G opener. The Blues have struggled in the Premier League so far this season, having won just two of their first five games and sitting in seventh place in their domestic-league standings. Sevilla has won two, lost one and drawn one of its four La Liga games, but its European pedigree will give the players confidence in the Champions League.
This will be the first meeting between Chelsea and Sevilla.
