The 2024 NFL season is less than two weeks away after the New England Patriots and Washington Commanders capped off the preseason slate Sunday night.

The football means something now.

During the latest episode of NESN’s “Foxboro Rush” podcast, co-hosts George Balekji and Travis Thomas ran through their predictions for the upcoming campaign including division winners, conference champions and far-too-early Super Bowl predictions.

Thomas believes head coach Dan Campbell the Detroit Lions will bite off a few knee caps en route to the Lombardi trophy. Balekji, though, can’t get himself to bet against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs and believes they’ll three-peat in New Orleans.
