Which NBA Stars Would Best Fare In Ice Cube’s Big3 League?

Spoiler, Jayson Tatum was not selected

The Boston Celtics poured down the green and white confetti to celebrate their 18th championship, and two months later, TD Garden hosted another title clincher, this time welcoming musical legend Ice Cube’s Big3 basketball league.

Jeff Teague, Greg Monroe, Mario Chalmers, Jordan Crawford, Amir Johnson, and Joe Johnson are among the former NBA cast to participate in the 12-team league of 3-on-3 basketball. They’re all lightyears beyond their prime, playing half-court basketball in front of a packed arena, and this year, it was Gerald Green and Corey Brewer’s “Bivouac” squad that prevailed as 2024 Big3 champions.

The intense 3-on-3 action begged the question: which current NBA players would fare best in the Big3?

NESN’s Travis Thomas and Ountae Campbell went back and forth selecting 10 NBA players in a hypothetical mini Big3 draft.
