Bruins Announce Training Camp Roster, Practice Schedule

Boston will play its first preseason game on Sunday at TD Garden

The Boston Bruins’ new season is officially on the horizon. Fifty players will report to Warrior Ice Arena on Wednesday for the first day of training camp.

The roster features 27 forwards, 18 defensemen and five goalies, hoping to earn a spot for the 2024-25 season. One name glaringly missing from the camp roster is restricted free agent goaltender Jeremy Swayman.

The Bruins and Swayman have yet to reach a new deal to secure the 25-year-old for the upcoming season and beyond, although rumors have circulated that the two sides are close.

Although skaters report on Wednesday, there will be no on-ice activities on the first day. Camp will officially begin on Thursday at 10 a.m. ET.
