Brady is onto Dallas
As he was for so many game days over the course of his legendary playing career, Tom Brady was a hot topic of NFL conversation Sunday.
Week 1 of the 2024 campaign marked the regular-season broadcasting debut of Brady, who served as the color commentator for FOX’s coverage of the Dallas Cowboys’ road win over the Cleveland Browns. Brady’s call unsurprisingly caused a division among fans, as some saw great broadcasting potential in the former quarterback while others really didn’t care for the seven-time Super Bowl champion in the booth.
But regardless of what people were saying, Brady will continue to lean on the work ethic that helped make him a legend in the sport. Less than 24 hours after his first broadcast concluded, Brady took to Instagram and shared a photo of preparation for his Week 2 assignment: the Saints-Cowboys Week 2 matchup in Dallas.
Sunday’s showdown at AT&T Stadium very well could feature great quarterback play, which obviously would make Brady’s job a lot easier. New Orleans starter Derek Carr will be coming off a three-touchdown performance, while Dak Prescott will be looking to put on a show in front of home fans after signing a lucrative contract extension.
