Two Patriots Carted Off Field, Questionable To Return

Patriots safety Kyle Dugger and offensive tackle Caedan Wallace were both carted off the field with an ankle injury and are questionable to return against the San Francisco 49ers, the team announced.

With Wallace out, Mike Onwenu is the only remaining healthy tackle on the team. Vederian Lowe suffered an injury in Week 2 against the Seahawks, and Chuks Okorafor left the team.

Jaylinn Hawkins replaced Dugger on defense, and the 49ers immediately tried to expose New England’s lack of depth.

The Patriots also lost David Andrews early in the game. The center exited the game with a shoulder injury.
